Officers were deployed to an area of woodland in Ripley following intelligence that it was being used to stash stolen motorbikes.
A motorbike, stolen from Nottinghamshire earlier this month, was located deep within the woodland. The bike has been recovered for forensic examination as enquiries continue. The owner has since been made aware and was glad to hear the news after expecting to not see the motorbike again.
